At StepUp Coffee, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless. Below, you’ll find all the details about shipping, tracking, and returns.

Shipping Information

When Will I Be Charged?

Your payment method will be charged as soon as you complete your order. 

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.  If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

How Soon Will My Order Ship?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Will I Receive a Tracking Number?

Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier details (FedEx, UPS, or USPS First Class Priority Mail).

How Can I Get Updates on My Order?

Use your tracking number to monitor your shipment directly on the carrier’s website. If you need assistance, contact us via our Contact Us page.

Returns & Exchanges

What If My Item Arrives Damaged?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

What If I Don’t Like My Purchase?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date for unused and undamaged items in their original packaging.

    • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
    • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

How to Initiate a Return:

    1. Contact us via our Contact Us page to request a return authorization.
    2. Pack the item securely and include your original order number.
    3. Ship the return to the address we provide.

Note: Sale items and custom orders may be final sale (non-refundable). Check product details before purchasing.

Shipping Policies on Coffee from United States

Shipping & Returns

We have a daily pick-up from USPS at 2 pm Central Time and a UPS pick-up (Monday through Friday only) at 3 pm Central Time. In-stock orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Hawaii, Alaska, and Outside U.S.A. Shipments:

Shipments outside the continental 48 U.S. States are shipped by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (HI & AK) or U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail (Canada and other countries outside of the United States) unless you select a different option during checkout.

International shipments are not guaranteed and not refundable, regardless of package tracking information status, since many international deliveries are not scanned or held by customs. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the package can be delivered to their destination before placing the order.

 

 Shipping Policies for Shipments from China

1.Items will ship in 3-15 days after the payment success. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes , Especial by DHL  FEDEX , all the parcels should be sent to the correct address. The incorrect address will make shipment delay, so double check before you leave the information.

2.Please check the weight and packing size for details. We ship the goods according client's selection. Generally speaking, we don't recommend China post air mail for long deliver time.

3.If you have DHL TNT UPS account or want to use other countries that not be showed to choose, please tell us the shipping freight before do the payment. We also expect more perfection of Alibaba's shipping calculation. UPS EMS DHL FEDE SF.

4.Import duties, taxes and charges are not including in the item price or shipping charges.

5.Regarding free shipping, in order to dispatch more smoothly or fast, we may change the courier
