Picture a slow Saturday morning: no cords, no noise, just the warm smell of freshly cracked beans while you turn the handle and watch fragrant grounds collect below. This hand-crank mill clamps solidly to your counter and puts the whole ritual in your hands, from a coarse French press grind to rustic, stone-milled style flour for weekend baking.

Why you'll love it

Grinds almost anything dry: coffee beans, wheat, corn, nuts, legumes, and other grains, all through one hopper.
Adjustable fineness: dial in the texture you want, from coarse grits to a hearty, rustic grind.
Built like the old ones: cast iron body with manganese steel grinding plates and a smooth wooden handle that feels good in the hand.
Rock-solid clamp mount: locks onto counters and tabletops up to 4.5 cm (1.77 in) thick, no drilling or installation hardware needed.
Generous 14 cm (5.51 in) hopper opening: easy, spill-free filling, with smooth rolled edges that are kind to your hands.
Big 0.5 kg (1.1 lb) capacity: enough for a full morning pot or a batch of fresh flour in one go.

Good to know

Season it first: run a small amount of waste grain through the mill twice before your first real grind and discard it.
Honest grind: this mill produces a rustic blend of fine particles and coarser bits rather than a perfectly uniform powder. It shines for French press, drip, percolators, and baking, not for espresso-fine grinds.
Keep it dry: skip oily or wet ingredients such as sesame seeds, which can clog the plates.
Easy care: brush clean after each use. A light coat of food-grade oil on the cast iron auger keeps rust away, and any surface rust brushes off easily.
