Our Honduras espresso is roasted medium-dark to bring out caramel, spice, and brown sugar notes. The coffee is sourced from 1500 growers/members of Cafe Organics Marcala, who grow their coffee at altitudes 1300-1700 meters in the clay minerals soils of La Paz, Honduras. The coffee is processed fully washed and sun-dried. This espresso pairs well with milk for a creamy latte or macchiato. Try it also as a pour-over or French press.
